Kenneth Alwyn
Kenneth Alwyn has a long association with BBC Radio and Television as the conductor and presenter of the award winning 'Friday Night is Music Night ' and BBC Television's Omnibus programme ‘Tchaikovsky-the secrets of successes. His many recordings include Decca's first stereo, with the London Symphony Orchestra, Hiawatha with Bryn Terfel and the Welsh National Opera and the Gramophone award for the best film music with the Royal Ballet Sinfonia. His two volume memoirs, 'A Baton in the Ballet- and, ‘Is Anyone Watching?' have proved popular. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music
