Opera Columbus Irma M Cooper Vocal Competition
Eligibility: Open to all singers who have completed or are completing a musical education for the operatic stage. Candidates must be aged 20-35 on the date of the finals, and can not have made a major-role debut with a level 1 opera company. Prizes: 1st prize $3000; 2nd prize $2500; 3rd prize $2000; 4th prize $1000; finalist prize $750. Entry fees: $50. Location: Columbus, OH. Frequency: Annual.
