Introducing the Kent Youth Choir (KYC), formed in 1983. Our choir brings together talented young musicians from Year 9 to 21 years old. We explore a wide range of advanced choral music from different genres and eras. We've performed in prestigious venues both in the UK and abroad, sharing our love for music with audiences far and wide.
Through residential and non-residential courses in school holidays, members have the chance to study and rehearse music in a focused, creative environment.

Lions Brass 4 Youth is North Somerset's County Youth Brass Band, for new and improving brass musicians. The Band is open to new members with or without music experience.
Formed in September 2008, and based in Clevedon, North Somerset, it provides the only opportunity in the county, and beyond, for young people aged 21 and under to

An entirely Independent Organisation the Band is a project of Lions Clubs 105 SW, which provides support from Lions clubs throughout the South West of England.
The organisation was formed in 1989 as the Crewe & District Brass Band, by a group of parents whose children played brass band instruments. At the beginning of the year there were 29 players in the Youth Band and 18 in the training band. The membership quickly increased and the organisation began to receive financial support from the local Lions clubs of South Cheshire and North Staffordshire and which continues to this day. The band changed its name to Lions Youth Brass, and is believed to be one of only two organisations of its kind in the world to operate in the name of Lions Youth.
Meet weekly during term-time. RLPO and community perfs, events, festivals and courses. Annual young accompanist scholarship available. Entry requirements: Audition. Age range: 7-18. No of members: 100.

LYCB features 60 of the finest young brass, woodwind and percussion players, Grade 6 and above, aged 11-21, in London and the surrounding areas.
We rehearse weekly in North London and give a range of performances throughout the year, including formal concerts, bandstands, community events, collaborations with other groups and international tours.
Courses take place in school holidays. Concerts in St John's Smith Square, St James's Piccadilly and other London venues. Entry requirements: By audition. Age range: 14-20.

The National Youth Choir of Scotland (NYCoS) was established in 1996 to provide opportunities for young people, teachers and choir directors to support and develop choral singing across Scotland. Artistically led by Christopher Bell, NYCoS caters for young people aged 0-25 through Mini Music Makers (0-7 years), NYCoS Area Choirs (7-18 years), NYCoS National Boys Choir (10-16 years), NYCoS National Girls Choir (12-16 years) and the flagship National Choir Youth Choir of Scotland (16-25 years).
