The National Youth Choir of Scotland (NYCoS) was established in 1996 to provide opportunities for young people, teachers and choir directors to support and develop choral singing across Scotland. Artistically led by Christopher Bell, NYCoS caters for young people aged 0-25 through Mini Music Makers (0-7 years), NYCoS Area Choirs (7-18 years), NYCoS National Boys Choir (10-16 years), NYCoS National Girls Choir (12-16 years) and the flagship National Choir Youth Choir of Scotland (16-25 years).
