NMPAT is an independent Charitable Trust, formed from the former LA Music Service. It exists to provide musical and artistic educational opportunities to the children and young people of the County and is the lead partner in the Northamptonshire Music Education Hub and the Rutland Music Education Hub.
The Trust maintains contact with all of the schools in the County, runs 14 are Music Centres and 30 auditioned county ensembles. It is also responsible for the delivery of the National Plan for Music Education for Northamptonshire and Rutland.
