Participation in arts activities can encourage social cohesion and teamwork skills, develops confidence, communication skills and research has proven that it can aid in improving mental and physical health also.

W/shops are undertaken for all age groups exploring music with film, poetry and storytelling. Projects can be developed to suit specific requirements based on coursework or other topics.
