Benedict Cruft
Dean of the School of Music of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts from 2003-2013. Played in the LSO and Philharmonia in the 1970s, Associate Concertmaster of the Hong Kong Philharmonic 1980-84. Has performed a wide range of chamber music and sonata recitals on modern and baroque violin, and the complete unaccompanied Bach works over 90 times. Now living in London, has been working again in the London session world, as well as continuing to perform as a soloist and chamber music player.
