Sir John Barbirolli Memorial Foundation – Grants to registered students towards cost of purchasing better quality instruments (except keyboard). Applications considered from students normally completing first year, but some juniors about to start full-time course of study also considered, where progress impeded by poor quality instrument. Closing date 31st May. Applications must be supported by student’s teacher and head of department. No direct applications accepted.
