The English Music Festival celebrates British composers throughout the centuries, with a focus on the Golden Renaissance (early-mid twentieth century), through a wide variety of concerts, talks, events and recitals. Features artists such as the BBC Concert Orchestra, English Symphony Orchestra and other celebrated orchestras, choirs and chamber groups. The main annual event takes places in Dorchester-on-Thames over the second May bank holiday each year; other events are held throughout the year in a variety of locations, from London to South Africa. Dates: 24th - 27th May 2024
