Eligibility: Solo instrumentalists (exc org), 18-25 yrs; singers 18-28 yrs; who have attained an advanced standard sufficient to sustain a career as a professional performer. Prizes: 1st prize £6000, 2 runners up prizes of £3000 each. Sir John Manduell Prize of £1000 will be awarded for the best performance in the Prelim Round of a piece of music composed in or after 1969 lasting no more than 7 minutes. Entry fees: £50 admin charge. Location: Bromsgrove, Worcs. Dates:31st March - 2nd April 2020. Closing date for applications: 23rd February 2020. Frequency: annual.
