Bedfordshire County Youth Orchestras
Intensive courses during main school holidays. Youth orch foreign tours to Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia and Cyprus. 2nd orch plays at the Edinburgh Festival of British Youth Orchestras. Entry requirements: Youth orch gr 8; 2nd orch gr 6-7; 3rd orch gr 5; 4th orch (strs only) gr 3-4; 5th orch (strs only) gr 2. Auditions for places in top 3 orchs. Resident or in f/t educ in Beds. Age range: Youth orch 12-25; 2nd orch 11-19; 3rd orch 10-17; 4th orch 9-13; 5th orch 8-11.
