East Midlands Youth String Orchestra

EMYSO is a string orchestra directed by distinguished violinist and conductor Richard Howarth. The group rehearses on Sun afternoons (approx every 3 weeks) throughout the year, performing an average of 4 concerts per season. As well as offering specialist string tuition within a wide-ranging repertoire, the group offers opportunities for playing in smaller groups and for solo performance. Entry requirements: Grade 5 . Age range: 14-18.
