Opportunity for young people from all backgrounds to become involved in opera. Commissions new work (2012: 'Good Intentions' by J. Philips and S. Christmas, 2013: 'The Fizz' by M. Ward and P.Porter; 2014-revival 'Deep Waters' by C. McDowall and C. Dickason; 2015: 'Eliza and the Swans' by J.Barber and H. Gould). Entry requirements: Auditions open to all, commitment to rehearsal and perf schedule more important than voice training. Audition requirements: short unaccompanied song from memory, drama w/shop. Age range: 9-18 on 1 Sep. No of members: 70-90, depending on production.
