Northern Chamber Orchestra
The Northern Chamber Orchestra (NCO) is one of the country's top, professional chamber orchestras and it was formed in the 1960s. It has gained a reputation for excellence from its engaging and exciting concerts and its critically-acclaimed recordings, the majority being for Naxos. The NCO also delivers an extensive learning and development programme with schools, colleges and music groups, and delivers workshops and projects in many of the orchestra's concert locations across the North of England.
