National Youth String Orchestra brings together talented string players form across the country. Senior and Intermediate Orchestras benefit from outstanding personalised coaching from our dedicated team of leading chamber orchestra musicians. Orchestras meet twice a year for residential courses. Senior Orchestra: Gr 8 and above, age up to 21, Intermediate Orchestras: Gr 5 - 8 standard and above, Ages: 10 – 13 (orchestra A), 14 – 17 (orchestra B) Auditions held Oct/Nov annually in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Glasgow. to find out more and apply to audition visit www.nyso.uk
