Reading Bach Choir is an amateur choir based in Reading, consisting of 40-50 members, passionate about achieving the highest possible standards. We give four concerts a year, in and around Reading, Berkshire. Some are a cappella and others are with professional soloists & instrumentalists. Our repertoire is very varied – from the Renaissance to the 21st century. Our programmes are stimulating, sometimes challenging, and often include unusual or lesser known works. We have a particular love for and loyalty to the works of JS Bach. Membership is via audition by the Musical Director.
