Founded in 1977, OPMS is one of Oxford's premier choirs. Repertoire is very eclectic and the choir is equally at home with both Tavener and Taverner, and with Palestrina, Bach, Schnittke and Rachmaninov. Not forgetting Gershwin and Cole Porter and arrangements of 'standards' along the way! Performs 5-8 concerts per year. Entrance requirements: Audition - strong sightreading. No of members: 30–40.
