Occasionally joins with other choirs for performances; twinned with choir in Joigny, France. Entrance requirements: Informal voice check. No of members: 110. High standard of orchs and soloists hired for concerts. Friendly choir, inc social events and choral workshops led by well known vocal trainers and musical celebrities. GCS is a thriving choral society that achieves high standards. Renowned baritone Jonathan Veira is president, taking an active interest in the society.
