Grants to classical musicians of exceptional talent under 30 for projects to help achieve performing opportunities in the earlier stages of professional solo career. Applicants must be British or residing f/t in British Isles & have completed all formal educ, inc u/g and p/g courses. Send full CV, 2 references, perform link & budget. Funds not available for purchase of insts, funding commissions or commercial recordings. P/g bursaries for a 2nd or subsequent yr of study at a UK conservatoire are awarded by audition to nominees from those colleges.
