The Opera Outreach programme of the Dorset Opera Festival aims to to take the power and passion of opera into the classroom to prove that opera can indeed relate to today's lifestyles. We make the artform more accessible and enable young people to create their own work while make informed choices about their cultural experiences. Part-day, half-day, full-day, or up to 5-day w/shops available, involving up to 4 professional staff; inc. 2-3 opera soloists/musicians/animateurs and a music dir/repetiteur.Full participatory experience for 13-18 yr olds.
