The 2014-2015 brings Brian Mulligan to the San Francisco Opera for a role debut in Verdi’s Un Ballo in Maschera as Count Anckarström, conducted by Nicola Luisotti, a new production of La Bohème as Marcello and Chorebus in David McVicar’s new production of Berlioz’ Les Troyens, conducted by Donald Runnicles.

Brian also plays Baroque and Reanaissance guitar with Diabolus in Musica, specialists in early music.
He also regularly collaborates with Jazz Guitarist Roy Sainsbury to create an interesting fusion of these two styles.
He Studied with guitarist and writer Brian Whitehouse in Birmingham at the Conservatoire where he was awarded the Rectial Diploma. Apart from his performance work Brian also enjoys passing on his knowledge in his role as visiting teacher at the highly acclaimed Wolverhampton Grammar School.
