The Prince Regent’s Band was formed to explore the wealth of nineteenth century music for brass and wind instruments. The group takes its name from the private band of the Prince Regent, later George IV that flourished in the late eighteenth/early nineteenth century. The original Prince Regent’s Band was an elite ensemble of musicians from throughout Europe. Members include Richard Fomison, Richard Thomas, Anneke Scott, Phil Dale and Jeff Miller.
