Matthew Whiteside, ‘One to Watch’ at the Herald’s Culture Awards 2017, is a composer based in Glasgow. He writes music for concert, film, TV and collaborative installations. He is currently working on commissions from Scottish Opera, NI Science Festival and Magnetic North. Recently his work Repercussive was premièred by the RTÉ NSO.
