The course is very largely practical. Each student receives daily individual work from a variety of teachers, and regular lessons from the Head of Training.
Students have regular sessions on voice and saddle work in addition to working in small groups, directed activities and hands-on work with teachers and other students. Other core content includes the reading and study of Alexander’s books plus basic anatomy and talks on historic and current scientific research and thinking.
