Paul Watkins
Acclaimed for his inspirational performances and eloquent musicianship, Paul Watkins enjoys a distinguished career as concerto soloist, chamber musician and conductor. Born in 1970, he studied with William Pleeth, Melissa Phelps and Johannes Goritzki, and at the age of 20 was appointed Principal Cellist of the BBC Symphony Orchestra. Paula Almerares
Paula Almerares was born in Argentina and started her vocal studies in Buenos Aires with Mirtha Garbarini and went on to study in France under the tutelage of Janine Reiss. She made her début as Musetta in La bohème at the Teatro Argentino de La Plata and in 1993 performed Antonia in Les contes d'Hoffmann with Alfredo Kraus at the Teatro Colón de Buenos Aires. Her European début followed in 1995 at La Fenice in Orpheus ed Euridice.
