London Mozart Players
The LMP has developed an extensive and highly regarded education, community and audience development programme, LMP Voyager, and is particularly committed to developing new audiences in outer London boroughs as well as rural areas across the nation. London Sinfonietta
The London Sinfonietta has repositioned its educ work, building new partnerships with organisations and artists representing other art forms. Over the past 2 yrs we have built new partnership with HE Institutions such as Kingston University and London College of Communication. Players from the ens have created new work with animators, illustrators, sound artists and fashion students. The London Sinfonietta is producing CD materials for teachers across the UK to introduce and explore contemporary music in the classroom.

London Symphony Orchestra
LSO Discovery is the London Symphony Orchestra's pioneering music educ and community prog which aims to bring music to the widest possible audience by prioritising quality, innovation and access to make the orch and its music an easily accessible resource to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. LSO Discovery works with people of all ages and backgrounds reaching over 60,000 individuals each year in London and further afield. Activity is centred in the Barbican Centre and LSO St Luke's, the orch's music educ centre on Old Street. The centre has enabled LSO Discovery to reach the people at the heart of the community in which the orch works and, through technology and large-scale participatory projects, to reach further afield, taking the music of the LSO to a regional, national and global audience. The emphasis is firmly on encouraging people to take part, and many of the beneficiaries will be experiencing live music for the very first time.

Lontano
Lontano has a thriving educ programme planned in conjunction with the ens's perf work in London, the UK and abroad in conjunction with the British Council. The ens undertakes community work, particularly in Waltham Forest and surrounding boroughs and is presently the recipient of a City Bridge Trust award. The Mornington Trust on behalf of Lontano was awarded a Youth Music grant to run a two term project at Greenwich and Southwark and more recently has been working in Redbridge Borough with support from Redbridge Council. Also works in tertiary educ with London universities, and is the ens in residence at King's College music dept. Lontano is also involved in INSET work and is able to undertake smaller scale w/shops and study days.
