The Oxley-Meier Guitar Project, formed by guitarists Pete Oxley and Nicolas Meier, is a unique band (with Andy Hamill & Paul Cavaciuti) that successfully melds contemporary jazz with ‘world-music’. They together create a huge variety of textures and soundscapes, from Middle Eastern influenced music to raucous Brazilian-inspired sambas, using an unusual range of guitars between them.
