Classical Guitarist, Allan Neave has been a regular guest at many of the world’s leading musical festivals including the Edinburgh International, St Magnus, Cheltenham, Lorient, Lammermuir and Bath Festivals, as well as performances at Tartan Week, New York in 2012. He has worked with many influential composers, including David Fennessy, Hans Werner Henze, Nikita Koshkin, Edward McGuire & Gordon McPherson to name but a few. Allan is Professor of Guitar and Harp at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, he plays Michael Gee guitars and is a D’Addario, New York sponsored artist.

He also regularly collaborates with Jazz Guitarist Roy Sainsbury to create an interesting fusion of these two styles.
He Studied with guitarist and writer Brian Whitehouse in Birmingham at the Conservatoire where he was awarded the Rectial Diploma. Apart from his performance work Brian also enjoys passing on his knowledge in his role as visiting teacher at the highly acclaimed Wolverhampton Grammar School.
