Bollywood Brass Band is the UK’s pioneering Indian-style wedding band, performing at weddings and venues across the UK, Europe and in India. Champagne Flutes is a fl trio comprising of students from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Members of the Live Music Now Scheme, they have led workshops in schools around Scotland. Champagne Flutes has a keen interest in educational outreach and as an ens they believe that music can stimulate life changing benefits. Participation in arts activities can encourage social cohesion and teamwork skills, develops confidence, communication skills and research has proven that it can aid in improving mental and physical health also.
Ens consisting of vn, tpt, sax and pno which, with an actor/actress as narrator, gives perfs combining music, text and visuals. W/shops are undertaken for all age groups exploring music with film, poetry and storytelling. Projects can be developed to suit specific requirements based on coursework or other topics.
