60 concerts in the magical Swiss Alpine surroundings of the Bernese Oberland and Vaud Alps - in historic churches around Gstaad and the Gstaad Festival Tent, in the spirit of Yehudi Menuhin who founded the Festival in 1957. Artistic Director is Christoph Müller. Chamber music, symphony orchestras, major international stars, young musicians, new commissions. In parallel there are generous opportunities for aspiring young musicians – local and international.
