The BPSE constitutes a forum for pianists, teachers, musicologists and music lovers for the greater appreciation of Beethoven’s piano music in all its aspects. Our activities include concert series which offer a special platform to young artists and established professionals, as well as competitions and publications.The Society was launched in 1993, with an initial steering committee of distinguished pianists and scholars, including the late Kendall Taylor CBE.
