La Venexiana
LA VENEXIANA, founded by Claudio Cavina, is today credited as the most important group for Monteverdi repertoire and has created a new style in Italian early music. Its recording project, the collection ‘Il Madrigale Italiano’, has gained the group international recognition and many accolades including the prestigious French Diapason d'Or award and the GRAMOPHONE AWARD 2001 and 2008 for Baroque Vocal.
