Manchester Midday Concerts Society
Promoter of lunchtime concerts at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester, specifically young and emerging musicians alongside established artists. Presenting predominantly chamber concerts including soloists, duos and small ensembles. Larger ensembles are also programmed. Genres include classical, jazz, folk and fusion. Usual venue capacity is 200-1500 for approx. 20 concerts per year. Concert start time is 1.10pm and performances last 50 minutes. Performance auditions are hosted once a year.
