The key aims are to facilitate the trainee's own process of learning enquiry, develop trainees' understanding of core values and methods of Alexander's work, enabling them to teach the Alexander Technique (AT) in an effective, open-minded, ethical and self-directed manner.Daily class comprises applying AT to developing own use, study AT principles, directed activities and instruction in small groups to acquire teaching skills.
