Thelma King Award for Singers
Eligibility: Aged between 18 and 25 on date of competition and minimum grade 8 standard. Requirements: Application by demo tape/CD for preliminary selection. 2 pieces for preliminary round, plus 1 further piece for grand final. All singers must bring own accomp. Entry form and details available on website. Prizes: First prize: £1000; second prize: £500; accomp prize: £400; best Art Song: £250. Entry fees: 20 Location: Guildhall, Bath. Frequency: Annual.
