Eligibility: Any orchestral instrument, including piano, guitar, recorder and percussion. No lower age limit but entrants must be born after 31 Aug 2001. Requirements: Application form, entry fee and CD of two contrasting excerpts lasting no longer than 10 minutes in total to be submitted. Entrants to be of Grade 8 standard or equivalent. Prizes:1st prize: £3,000.00 and 5 category prizes of £500.00 each. Entry fees: £30. Location: Gregynog Hall, Nr Newtown, Powys. Competition date: 25th April 2020. Closing date for applications: 2nd Feb 2020. Frequency: Annual.
