Eligibility: Open to pianists of all nationalities under the age of 28 (born on or after 29 September 1990). The Competition is in 3 rounds. 1st Round: sonata plus virtuoso etude (playing time 20-30 minutes); 2nd Round: 30-35 minute recital; Final: 40-45 minute recital. Prizes: 1st prize: NZD 15,000; total prize pool of NZD 32,000. Entry fee: NZD175 plus any bank charges. Location: Turner Centre, Kerikeri, Bay of Islands, New Zealand Frequency: Biennial.
