IMS Prussia Cove Masterclass Seminar
IMS Prussia Cove was founded in 1972 by violinist Sándor Végh as a centre of excellence for young musicians. Now under the Artistic Direction of cellist Steven Isserlis the annual spring Masterclasses offer an environment dedicated to music-making of the highest standards, fostering a continuous process of learning and discovery which has inspired many of the world’s greatest performers. Classes are for string players, pianists and chamber ensembles, aged 16-30. Regular professors include: Thomas Adès, Steven Isserlis, András Keller, Ralph Kirshbaum, Ferenc Rados, Thomas Riebl, Gerhard Schulz.
