Regional youth ens which brings together extremely talented musicians from across NE England and Cumbria. Perfs at numerous concerts and festivals often at high profile venues or in festivals. Folk tuition; repertoire inc traditional music and members' own comps; fortnightly rehearsals. Entry requirements: Audition; no previous experience of folk music required; players of any inst, inc singers, welcome to apply. Age range: 13-19.
