The Erin Arts Centre is an internationally recognised centre in Port Erin on the Isle of Man. Events, held throughout the year, are mainly classical music but include other genres such as folk, jazz, drama, dance, art and photography exhibitions, etc. In June, the Erin Arts Centre is the venue for Mananan Festival. The centre also hosts live opera and international competitions for viola and oboe. Thanks to the Isle of Man Arts Council, the centre invested in equipment to show live broadcasts from the New York Met, Glyndebourne, Paris Opera House, and other live events.
