Eligibility: Vocalists aged 35 and under accompanied by up to 5 instrumentalists. Prizes: Grand prize: EUR 20,000; 1st prize: EUR 15,000; 2nd prize: EUR 10,000; 3rd prize: EUR 5000. Location: Baku Frequency: Biennial.
