As a specialist Music school, provision for talented musicians at Saint Cecilia's is outstanding. The department consistently achieve excellent results at GCSE and A level. Leavers’ destinations have included the Royal Academy of Music, Birmingham Conservatoire and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Extra-curricular includes jazz, string and brass groups, choir, orchestra and musical theatre. Musicians perform at venues such as the Royal Festival Hall, including an annual music tour abroad and regular visits to the Royal Opera House, ENO, Southbank Centre and West End theatres.
