CME provides community-based creative music and digital media w/shops. The organisation runs a range of public courses and targeted programmes with an emphasis on providing opportunities for groups and individuals who may be identified as socially, culturally, geographically or economically disadvantaged. CME works with people across all ages, children to adults, with special needs or mental health problems, vulnerable young people, pre-schoolers, prisoners, those at risk of offending and those affected by rural isolation and urban marginalisation.
